FOUNDATION VOLUNTEER CORPS

SERVING OTHERS TO GROW THE CAUSE

WHAT IS A FOUNDATION VOLUNTEER?

As a Foundation Volunteer, you will provide your energy, enthusiasm, and sweat equity towards helping the Foundation achieve it’s Mission and Vision. Being a member of the PVAMF Volunteer Corps is important because it enables individuals to selflessly help the Foundation directly and the University indirectly.

WHAT WOULD MY DUTIES BE?

Your efforts will be aimed at making a difference in institutional causes that hold value and provide assistance to the PVAMU community. Volunteering can also benefit you as the volunteer by giving you a sense of purpose, improving your wellbeing, and helping you gain new skills and experiences. Volunteering with the Foundation can be done in various ways to accommodate many interests.

HOW DO I APPLY?

  • Step1: Interested Volunteers should submit a Volunteer Application
  • Step 2: Applicants are considered by the Foundation based on event, activity levels, and needs.
  • Step 3: Selected volunteer applicants will be expected to attend volunteer information sessions as needed and sign waivers.
