Mr. John W. Osby is a 1978 graduate of Prairie View A&M University receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.  Mr. Osby is currently Regional Engineering Manager responsible for the Gulf Coast and Western Regions for DuPont Engineering. 

With over 34 years of Project Management and capital portfolio management experience Mr. Osby is a leader in the full range of product portfolio development and execution of large industrial capital projects.  His Project Management experiences range across a wide variety of DuPont product lines from the Automotive Finishes to Lycra® brand spandex, Kevlar® and Nomex®.

In addition to his experiences with capital expansions Mr. Osby has served as the Global Sourcing Manager for Engineering contracts and major equipment suppliers.  He works closely with leaders of the top E&C firms to meet the needs of the DuPont Company.

Mr. Osby serves as Advisory Board Member for the University of Houston Civil and Environmental Engineering.  Becoming involved in the community in which he lives is part of his character.  Sharing his talent away from work, Mr. Osby has led three different Christian congregation capital campaigns at each of his domestic transfer locations, leaving each congregation a new worship facility, before transferring to the next location.

John has been married to his wife, Jacqueline for 30 years.  They have two daughters, Ashton and Kayla.
