Lalonni DuBose Hagerman is the CEO/Principal Consultant for DuBose Hagerman Consulting, LLC.   She also serves as President of the Dallas Prairie View Alumni Association, Financial Secretary of the PVAMU National Alumni Association, Treasurer of St. Paul Lutheran Church, and 3rd Vice President of the Dallas Black Chamber of Commerce.  She has served as Treasurer of the Metropolitan Dallas Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, the Campaign Treasurer for:  2015 District 7 Dallas City Councilwoman, Tiffinni A. Young; 2018 District 4 Dallas City Council Candidate, Kebran Alexander, and 2021 Dallas County District Clerk Candidate, Amye Thompson Hollins. Lalonni is a member of the Dallas Chapter of NAACP and American Legions, Post 802.

Lalonni has worked for BKD CPAs & Advisors, Baylor Scott & White Health and Wellness Center, WINGS Dallas (former YWCA), VCFO & various other industries in accounting, operations, and management roles.

Lalonni earned a degree in Accounting at Prairie View A&M University and an MBA at Amberton University.  She received the 2009 & 2018 Dallas Prairie View Alumni Association Service Award.  In 2021, Lalonni received the PVUNAA Alumnus of the Year Award. Traveling, singing, dancing and the performing arts are her hobbies.  She attributes her success to God and her parents who were both graduates of PVAMU and educators for 40+ years in the Dallas ISD.  Her greatest passion is believing in the text, Jeremiah 29:11, and helping others EVERY DAY!
