Dameshia DeFlora has a background in Management Consulting, specializing in program management, change management, process improvement, and systems implementation.  DeFlora was named U.S. Black Engineer of the Year in 1995.  She spent 16 years of her career with Accenture traveling the globe working in multiple industries before launching her own independent consulting business.  She currently serves Fortune 500 global consumer products clients.
